Andrew is phenomenal, to the point where saying “10/10 or A+” doesn’t feel like strong enough praise. We bought our first house with Andrew, which was the culmination of 6 months of effort from inception to closing. Andrew worked tirelessly to accommodate our schedules—including showings on early weekend mornings and in the rain, snow, and freezing cold—patiently showing us numerous houses and neighborhoods, while always being available to answer our many follow up questions. In addition, Andrew continually went above and beyond the call of duty as he helped guide us through a challenging closing, introduced us to several vendors/contractors, acted as a sounding board, and generally did whatever he could to help us find the right house. We moved to Greenwich from NYC. Andrew is very resourceful, super responsive, and with great local knowledge. This was our first time buying a house, and Andrew was great at guiding us in the right direction. As we were new to the city, he took the time to show us around Greenwich while pointing out neighborhoods which were meeting our criteria. We would highly recommend Andrew to anyone buying a home! We were connected to Andrew through Erick's mom, who lives in Andrew's neighborhood and has known him for years. We were in NYC, looking to make the move to the suburbs for our first home. We were very specific in our search in that we wanted to live close to town, the train and restaurants - all while remaining on budget and ensuring we saw long-term value in the home. We gave Andrew no easy task, but he rose to the occasion and helped us find the perfect home! He was so speedy in the entire process, which was essential to getting a home in a prime location amidst a hot market with multiple over-ask offers. After going through our housing search, Andrew Smith is someone that I would recommend immediately to anyone looking to buy a house. We were introduced to Andrew through a mutual friend. Andrew first met us at Coffee for Good to sit down and discuss what we were looking for in our search. He was extremely attentive and really got to know us.
This housing market was extremely competitive and we were on a timeline with a baby on the way. Andrew came ready to attack it. When we got into the negotiation, Andrew provided such clear context with a true analytical background understanding the neighborhood, comps, and emotional value. His research and knowledge was very impressive. It felt true team effort with clear lines of communication walking us through every step of the process.

Andrew has been incredible. He helped us through an incredibly tough time, that was made more stressful because we had to find somewhere to live! Everyone is looking for something unique to their liking when looking for a place to live. I like old victorian houses with high ceilings and very intricate architecture. My wife loves ranches and modern style homes. God could not have matched us with a better person than Andrew when we needed a real estate agent. We met him through Zillow and he contacted us right away. He took the time to find out what our preferences were and showed us around different areas of Greenwich and Stamford.
We could not have found a more patient, friendly, knowledgeable and kind real estate agent with a great sense of humour. We checked so many houses and every single time his honest opinion mattered to us. With his guidance we finally found a home that we both could enjoy for years to come.

We moved to Greenwich from the West Coast. We had very little idea what Greenwich was like, where we wanted to live, and where to even begin. Thank goodness we were introduced to Andrew! He helped us from Step Zero and made the long-distance a non-issue for us. He first helped us find a rental while we were still living on the West Coast and eventually helped with our home purchase in Riverside. He struck the right balance between letting us drive the decision-making process and adding his advice when we needed it. He was very easy to talk to, always available, respectful, and professional. He was also just fun to be around! He drove us through various neighborhoods, helped with our decision to first rent, helped us decide on a target area, and finally helped us find the home. The home we ended up purchasing was one Andrew encouraged us to see the value and potential and he even brought an architect to see the home with us. Andrew helped us find our first home! Not only did he make it easy as first-time buyers, but he went out of his way to listen to all of our wants and needs….he even met us during a huge storm! Our house at the time was not available for showings. The day it was available, Andrew was on top of it and had us in within a day! Let’s talk about Andrew Smith. I met Andrew at an apartment showing, the area was marginal, so we sat and chatted for quite awhile. Andrew kept asking me WHAT I wanted, regarding rentals, locations, safety factors (I live alone). His concerns were so genuine, authentic, and he can handle obstacles without blinking. I walked away from our first meeting feeling as though we have known each for a long time. Andrew really cares! After finding a fabulous rental, Andrew fought for me (I have not been employed for 3.5 years, had been taking care of my mother, who passed away a month before meeting Andrew). This guy fought hard for me, the landlords sons were overly cautious, but Andrew handled everyone with finesse and dignity. I have to keep reminding myself it’s a rental… not a purchase. So it has worked out and I move this week into my new digs. So one in one year, I most certainly will be using Andrew Smith to help me find a new permanent home, a purchase!!! Andrew recently helped us purchase our very first home and we could not be more excited. He made the process as smooth as possible, particularly in this crazy market. There was so much interest in the house but somehow Andrew was able to keep us at the bargaining table.
